Christmas 2020 Delivery.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Standard mail options are now suspended until Christmas.  All orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Via DPD.

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders must be placed by the Thursday 17th December.

DPD orders must be placed before Sunday 20th December.

Please bear in mind that COVID-19 and Christmas Volumes are having an impact on transit times and we cannot control this in most circumstances, and we appreciate your patience.

Instore Pick ups are available, just place your order online and contact us to book a pick up slot (48 hours notice). We'll then refund any delivery charge paid after you have picked up!  Pickups must be booked by 21st December, slots are limited.

We will continue to fulfil orders, but delivery timeframes may vary to our usual service, this reflects our carries ability to fulfil.

We aim to dispatch on the same day, however this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.

We have collections from our couriers at Royal MailParcel Force, DPD and UPS every working day and Royal Mail on Saturdays, we aim to be as quick as possible.

Orders placed online with us are usually processed the same day, all weekends and holidays orders are dealt with on the following working day.

Digitally fulfilled items usually take an hour or so to complete (although some items may take up to 24 hours).

Pre-Orders - Will be dispatched for release day but please use appropriate postage!

Baskets containing lines that are out of stock (i.e Back Orders / Pre-Orders) and lines in stock. We wait until all items are in stock and dispatch together.  So it's sensible to place a separate order for Pre / Back Orders and in stock items. (If you can not wait, and you have already placed your order then let us know and we will assist you)

PC systems are usually fulfilled in 10 - 15 working days.

All of our delivery methods require signatures.

Please bring photo ID if collecting from our store.

We ensure our deliveries are appropriately covered for eventualities such as loss and damage.  Proving piece of mind backed by our shipping partners.
