How does price protection work?
If the price drops before release, you will only pay the lowest price. If the price increases, your order price is protected and will not increase.

Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
When is payment taken?

Credit, debit, American Express and Shop Pay payments are processed when your order is placed. PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay payments may initially be authorised, with funds normally captured at dispatch/release or after the payment provider’s authorisation period, whichever occurs sooner.

In some cases, payment may need to be captured earlier to keep an order active, secure stock, or meet payment-provider requirements.
What happens with mixed orders?
What happens with mixed orders?
If your order contains both in-stock and upcoming items, your order will normally be dispatched once all items are available. These orders will have payments completed straight away.

Release dates can change and are set by publishers, manufacturers, or suppliers. We will update product information where possible and contact customers if there is a significant change

Where stock arrives in time, we aim to dispatch orders the day before release using the postage method selected at checkout. This gives your order the best chance of arriving as close to release as possible.

Limited Stock & Allocations
Some high-demand items may be limited or supplier allocated. Where this applies, we manage orders carefully and fairly based on the stock confirmed to us. If there are any important changes to your order, our team will contact you directly.
